about the hosts

The owners, Jeff and Rachel Mele, purchased this second home to be closer to Rachel's parents. The house is available as a vacation rental when not in use by the family. Prior to owning this home, Rachel and Jeff owed a beach house in CT where they were super hosts for 10 years. The Sunshine House is inspired by a cherished family memory. Growing up, Rachel’s mom always called her “Sunshine.”
